Leg Day!
I really didn’t want to lift legs today because they are sore from two cardio sessions yesterday ( my calves are especially sore), however I just pushed through and squatted heavy anyways!
Squats 135×5, 185×5, 225×5, 275×5, 300×5, 315×5
widowmaker squat set 165×20 reps
Leg Ext/Leg Curl super set 2 sets of 120×12
Lunges (45 lb DB’s) 2 sets of 10
1 arm DB hip snatches 2 sets of 85 lbsx12
Abs
Medium Carb Day
